Your front door to information and services is my.boeing.com, the Boeing employee portal that gives you a personalized view of the information that means most to you. It is your launching pad to a variety of knowledge, including company news briefs, handy reference documents, the latest retirement savings fund values, and even weather forecasts and local traffic maps.

TotalAccess, the tab at the top of the my.boeing.com home page, takes you to a personalized control panel for your Human Resources, pay and benefits information and services. TotalAccess is continually expanding and its goal is a one-stop, one-personal identification number, around-the-clock resource. It's another way Boeing is e-enabling its people.

My.boeing.com and TotalAccess are currently available only to Boeing employees, but they will expand to former employees, including retirees, in the future. Plans for greater access from home or the road (outside the company firewall) are also underway. TotalAccess is another part of the Boeing vision of network-centric operations and an e-enabled workforce. In short, network-centric operations enable us to work as effectively from home or other locations as we do at our own desks.

"If you're familiar with Boeing's first employee portal called MyInfo," said Linda Meeks, director of People Planning and Technology, "you can think of TotalAccess as MyInfo on steroids. TotalAccess makes it more convenient to view your personal and job information, and to keep your records up-to-date. The goal is for you to have access to personalized HR information at anytime, from anywhere ... without the paperwork and delays of the past."

TotalAccess is just one click away on my.boeing.com. Just click the TotalAccess tab at the top of my.boeing.com and you will find information and services for your career, your pay, and your benefits. Under Savings Plans you can see your balances and do transactions—without a secondary logon. Upcoming additions include the integration of the Boeing pension plan and health benefits—all accessible without a secondary logon.

During the fourth quarter this year, pension services will be integrated into TotalAccess, and in first quarter 2004, health, life and disability benefits information will be integrated for easy access without a secondary password.

It refreshes constantly to ensure you get current information. My.boeing.com is meant to be customized to your individual needs and preferences and is designed to provide information at your fingertips. Currently, my.boeing.com is in its infancy, and it will evolve over the next several years. The vision for my.boeing.com is the single access point where users receive, find, share and exchange integrated information and services that relate specifically to personal and job-related needs.

TotalAccess is the grouping of human resources–related information and services on my.boeing.com. The overall objective for TotalAccess is to provide secure, easy-to-use, personalized services, anytime, anywhere. The guiding strategy is to make it easy for you to find the right information, make informed decisions and efficiently perform transactions. TotalAccess is available via the Web or telephone.
